Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and will be refunded the original purchase price minus original / actual shipping fees. Returns can also be brought into store within 14 days of receipt.
If your order qualified for free shipping and is returned, your refund will be the total order amount minus the $10.00 it cost us to ship it.
Refunds are issued within 1 business day of receiving your return. You will receive an email when we process your refund. Due to the nature of credit card processing it can then take anywhere from 1-5 business days for the refund to show in your account.
Defective machines need to be addressed with the machine manufacturer. We cannot accept returns on machines that have been used.
All returns must be pre-approved and use a shipping method that includes tracking information. We are not responsible for orders lost during the return process.
No returns will be authorized after 14 days of order receipt.
